Each of these bag charms are handmade using the leftover fabric, wool, and offcuts from our full-sized dolls. Instead of letting these small pieces go unused, we turn them into something meaningful — a keepsake that carries the same softness, craft, and soul as our larger dolls.

Because they’re created from real scraps, every bag charm is unique. No two are ever exactly alike — a gentle reminder that handmade things carry the beauty of small variations. When you order, you will receive one colour at random.

Orders are usually processed within 3–5 working days, while custom orders may take a little longer with updates shared along the way. We currently ship across India, with delivery timelines of 3–5 days for metro cities and 5–8 days for other regions after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

We accept returns or exchanges for upto 7 days in case of damage or defect. Please contact us at care@akishi.in with a clear unboxing video so we can help you quickly. Refunds are issued after quality checks and credited back to your original payment method or bank account in case of COD.
